Our VISION is to be the guiding compass for every traveler’s dreams, transforming them into journeys filled with discovery, joy, and connection. For agents, we aim to guide them towards success in their personal business as well as community with other travel agents.
Our MISSION is turning vacation wishes into real, unforgettable adventures by helping our clients navigate the planning process from start to finish with expert care. For agents, we will provide the necessary tools, marketing resources and leadership to effectively reach new clients and help them plan meaningful trips.
Our VALUES include: (1) Supporting our Agents; (2) Client Care; and (3) Building a Community. We strive to serve both agents and clients with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
We will maintain ourselves as an independently owned company. The owner/leadership team will work in supporting the day-to-day agent needs, including training and marketing materials. However, we are working to get set up with Travel Leaders Network to offer a “fast track” to better vendor commission rates.
Basically you will need to brand or rebrand whichever travel-related page you like the most and post to that. We are trying to make it simple and follow what most other agencies tend to do, which is to have one single travel business IG or FB page. So it sounds like you would just rename your page to the brand. You won’t be able to market the brand until you have fully completed the onboarding process with W&W (have gone through the training and approved by marketing).
We have established partnerships with many of the more popular destinations and vendors, such as Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean, inclusive vacations and more. We have also set up relationships with suppliers like airport shuttles, stroller rentals, and scooters. We are open to connecting with smaller vendors that are less well known upon request.
You may take your client list, provided you are in good standing and have complied with contract terms (e.g., no outstanding commissions or disputes). You will be paid out for commission on current bookings and are allowed to continue serving those bookings after termination through our tools. (You will be subject to the same monthly fee until all your bookings have traveled.)
